Terms of Service
These terms are a launch-preparation draft that outline the basic rights and responsibilities between Bondure and its users. Before release, the service operator, billing rules, reporting process, and enforcement details may be refined to match the final operating model.
Service Definition
Bondure is a digital service that brings together chat, community participation, live moments, and video calls with real-time translation support.
The exact features, availability, and launch territories may change based on the release schedule and operating policies.
Accounts and User Responsibility
Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information and are responsible for safeguarding their accounts and authentication credentials.
Accounts may not be transferred, loaned, or shared, and suspected unauthorized access should be reported to Bondure immediately.
Prohibited Conduct
Users must not post unlawful material, impersonate others, promote hate or violence, infringe rights, send spam, interfere with security, or attempt unauthorized access to the service.
Bondure may restrict content, limit features, suspend accounts, or take other reasonable measures when policy or legal violations are identified.
Content and Intellectual Property
Users retain rights to the content they create or upload to the service unless otherwise stated by law or contract.
To operate, store, display, translate, review, and promote the service, Bondure may need a limited non-exclusive license to use that content.
Service Changes and Suspension
Bondure may modify or suspend all or part of the service when required for operational, technical, legal, or security reasons.
Material changes will generally be announced in advance, although urgent security or legal actions may be communicated afterward when necessary.
Disclaimer
Bondure's liability may be limited for interruptions caused by events outside its reasonable control, including disasters, network failures, third-party outages, or user fault.
Real-time translation output may be provided for convenience and can vary in nuance or accuracy depending on context.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea unless mandatory local law requires otherwise.
Disputes related to the service will follow the procedures and jurisdiction provided by applicable law.
